** I realize there is a lot of information on this page, but it is VERY important that you take the time to read it.**
Things you need to know...

We are on Solar Power. Which means we have all the convenience of electricity but it must be used in moderation. There are solar panels on the roof of the garages, those panels are charged by the sun and that is what provides the power. Items such as hair dryers, TV's and microwave ovens use entirely too much power and will drain the batteries. Little things like, turning off the lights and fans when you're not in the room will help retain PLENTY of power for your stay. Radio's, Ipod's, Computers, Mini DVD players (believe it or not) are all fine. Just remember to turn them off when not in use. - Reminder** There is no AC in our home's, yet.
Water/ Septic. We are not connected to water lines or sewer lines the water is trucked in. We DO have plenty of water just remember don't leave the water running. We are on Septic so please don't flush any sanitary products. Also, flushing uses approx 2 gallons of water each time, minimize your flushes to help conserve water. The guard can get water in an emergency.
NO WEAPONS of any kind, including ammo. Please take extra time to go through your vehicle and make sure you don't have any reminance of ammunition.
