Once past the boarder...

Continue on main road to Stop sign, make a Left.  Veer Right and follow signs to Puerto Penasco you will be on Sonoyta 8.  From this point the turn off to Caborca is approximatly 55 mi.  The turn off to Caborca is a partial turn about and will first veer right then cross left over entire highway.  (Please use caution as there are 2 stop signs)  From here the Miramar Turn off is approximatly 13 miles, just past KM marker 22.  There are 2 concrete pillars and a small power station.  Turn Right onto dirt road.  Follow road approximatly 2.5 miles. On your right, You will pass two condo towers (Luna Blanca and Encanto). Make a right as you can not proceed any further, there is a guard for the Mayan Palace.  Once you make a right, you will see a guard house.  This is our guard.  Please proceed Left, (Ocean will be on your right).  The homes are approximatly .5 to .75 miles.  If you have any questions, you can always ask the guard on duty for the Sea You At The Beach homes.
